Lead a complex product with full ownership over the product design process and partner with various teams to drive the product from conception to launch. Collaborate with the design team to build Gloatās Product Design vision and contribute to defining Gloatās design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead a complex product with full ownership over the product design process
- Partner with product designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to drive a product from conception until launch
- Develop product requirements and concepts into wireframes and designs
- Design flows and experiences that are functional, delightful, and simple
- Collaborate with the design team to build Gloat's Product Design vision and roadmap
- Contribute to defining and building Gloat's design system
Requirements
- 5+ years demonstrated experience with end-to-end (UX and UI) product design in a product company
- Experience working in agile with cross-functional teams (squads) to effectively build products from concept through launch
- Experience in market and user research through qualitative and quantitative measures
- Proficiency in Figma
- Passion and curiosity to learn and adapt to a startup dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills and able to align people around a vision
