Principal UX Designer to lead UX design strategy across Amazon's most complex, cross-platform experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy for horizontally-scaled services supporting all Amazon device product lines
- Drive cross-org alignment on design systems, patterns, and standards
- Mentor and develop design talent across the organization
- Influence technical architecture and organizational changes to enable breakthrough customer experiences
Requirements
- 12+ years of UX design experience
- Experience with User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design
- Experience leading design projects from concept to implementation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Key Skills
- Experience designing enterprise tools or developer-focused interfaces
- Experience leading and mentoring designers
- Experience working with engineering teams to implement design solutions
Benefits
- Base pay for this position ranges from $147,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $244,000/year in our highest geographic market
- Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package
