Synectics Inc. is seeking a Production Designer to ensure the seamless transition of product design details through the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed, well-documented design specifications for product features
- Critically review design concepts for component usage and translate finalized designs into detailed production-ready documentation
- Help evolve and refine the ADC Design System, UX guidelines, and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design / human factors or related field, with minimum of 4+ years relevant work experience
- Strong foundation in both design principles and technical implementation
- Experience with Figma, including file management, component creation, and collaboration features
