The Graphic Designer will collaborate with Regional Managing Principals to create impactful presentation decks and communication materials. This role involves translating complex ideas into compelling visual narratives and ensuring alignment with Gensler's brand voice.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with Regional Managing Principals to design and deliver high-impact presentation decks, reports, and branded communications
  • Conduct research and gather context to understand the organizational, cultural, and business drivers behind each project
  • Translate abstract concepts into thoughtful, documented design solutions that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Integrate messaging, imagery, typography, and composition to build brand-forward materials across print, digital, and presentation platforms

Requirements

  • 8-13 years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on designer and storyteller with a strong visual eye and a passion for crafting compelling narratives
  • Confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas into clear, powerful visual and verbal messages
  • Flexible and thoughtful; able to view challenges from multiple perspectives and adapt designs accordingly

Key Skills

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), PowerPoint/Keynote, and MS Office
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or interactive design a plus
