The Freelance Graphic Designer will create compelling visuals for various marketing initiatives and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand identity. They will also design multimedia assets and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize design performance.
Responsibilities
- Design compelling visuals for diverse marketing initiatives, including direct response creative, social media posts, digital ads, and website graphics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging marketing content that drives engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty
- Help maintain and evolve the Thesis brand identity through consistent and impactful design across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and conceptualize design solutions that align with marketing strategies
- Design multimedia assets that convey complex information in an accessible and visually appealing manner
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize design elements and drive continuous improvement in performance
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our visual content remains cutting-edge and relevant
- Uphold the highest design standards, ensuring all visual materials align with our brand guidelines and convey a cohesive message
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other relevant design tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, design skills, and ability to create visually appealing marketing materials
- Experience in creating visually engaging marketing content, social media graphics, and branding assets
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate concepts into visuals
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
