As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will apply design principles to create and implement visuals for learning content. You will assist in developing high-quality eLearning solutions from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Understand Lilly's culture, organizational structure, roles, and practices
- Assist the senior developers/ mentors by ensuring designing, developing, and delivering high quality learning solutions
- Create effective, high quality eLearning solutions from start to finish
- Design and develop different visuals for learning deliverables including eLearning modules, Job-aids, infographics, media scripts, videos and workshops
Requirements
- Post-graduate degree in Graphic Design/Animation/Visual Design
- Ability to quickly form partnerships and work effectively with others
- Effective project management skills
- Design/ Create engaging visual designs as per industry standards using appropriate design methodologies
