UX / User Experience Designer

We’re building the future of enterprise cybersecurity and looking for a UX Designer with 5–10 years of experience to help shape experiences that make powerful security tools simple, intuitive, and trusted.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end UX design for cybersecurity products, from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Translate complex security concepts into clear, user-friendly workflows that enable users to respond effectively
• Collaborate with engineers and security experts to ensure design solutions are both usable and technically feasible
• Build and maintain a scalable design system that drives consistency and accessibility across products
• Advocate for the user’s perspective in every stage of the product lifecycle, ensuring our solutions serve people as effectively as they provide security

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or Product Designer
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Miro or Sketch for wireframing, prototyping, and creating design systems
• Demonstrated experience working on complex digital products (web and/or large screens)
• Background in designing for global audiences and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design
