A Senior Product Designer is needed to contribute to the product design team and uphold standard processes in user experience design for customers. The role involves leading and guiding a small team of designers and crafting and evolving design principles.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a small team of designers to ensure high-quality output
- Collaborate with Development, Research, Product Management, Design and Accessibility to maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem
- Give high-level design strategy across the company with collaborators doing weekly presentations with leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- 4 plus years related working experience
- Strong communication skills
- Sophisticated user journey experience
