A high-performance, boutique commercial brokerage team is seeking a top-tier Graphic Designer to take full ownership of their visual brand, creating impactful offering memorandums and turning complex real estate data into compelling visual narratives.
Responsibilities
- Design impactful offering memorandums and Broker Opinions of Value
- Create eye-catching assets for Pitch Decks, Email Campaigns, Social Media, Direct Mail, and Special Reports
- Ensure the team looks as good online as they do in print
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in professional graphic design (Commercial Real Estate or Architecture/AEC experience is a plus)
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
