Product Designer, Principal Associate Level

As a Product Designer, you will combine your craft expertise with an understanding of customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions. You will leverage your design skills to create artifacts such as journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Combine craft expertise with an understanding of customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions
- Leverage deep expertise in product design and skills across interaction, visual and service design
- Champion the customer through the design process, leveraging critical-thinking skills
- Present work to audiences across levels and job functions using a human-centered approach
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 3 years of experience with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating process, results, and impact
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of product design and skills across interaction, visual and service design
- Data, research insights and creative problem-solving
- Experience working with an established design system
- Collaboration and communication skills
