Senior Product Designer, Visual Lease & CoStar Real Estate Manager

The Senior Product Designer will produce designs based on input from the product team, focusing on user experience and design iteration. Responsibilities include conducting user research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple design projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce designs with input from the product team to achieve the desired customer experience
• Act as a user advocate in cross-functional teams with product managers, architects and software engineers
• Conduct or participate in user research and usability testing to validate assumptions and inform design decisions
• Create intuitive products that elevate the user experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 5+ years of relevant design experience working with a product team
• Experience working on complex workflows, atomic-based design systems and/or deep websites
• Ability to conduct, interpret and act on user research
• Proficiency designing and prototyping in Figma
