The Junior Product Designer will be responsible for creating design solutions to improve key metrics and conducting hypothesis testing. They will also generate ideas for user acquisition funnels and support the design system.
Responsibilities
- Formulate hypotheses and conduct tests to improve key metrics
- Implement design solutions for funnels and onboarding of iOS, Android and Web Mobile products
- Generate ideas and designs for funnels based on user acquisition sources (Facebook, TikTok, Google)
- Research new design approaches, analyze competitors and generate new solutions
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a Product Designer or Growth Designer
- Ability to work with metrics during design implementation and argumentation
- Strong UX portfolio
- Experience working with design systems
- Advanced level of Figma
- Upper-intermediate English level
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
