The designer will work hands-on with the UI and UX of digital banking services, from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes. They will ensure consistency, accessibility, and alignment with the existing design system across all digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Work hands-on with the UI and UX of digital banking services, from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate closely with a UX Lead, product owners, developers, and other designers in an agile setup
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and alignment with the existing design system across all digital channels
- Conduct user research with TELUS Operations staff, SREs, and service agents to deeply understand their pain points, mental models, and daily workflows
- Validate designs through prototyping and usability testing
Requirements
- Senior UI/UX design skills with a strong focus on UI
- At least 5 years of experience designing interfaces for web, mobile, and apps
- Strong sense of ownership with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Hands-on approach and ability to take designs from idea to execution
- Education in human–computer interaction, design, or equivalent professional experience
- High proficiency in Figma
- Fluent in English, Swedish is a plus
