The UX Designer will work through the entire design process from research to detailed design, focusing on user needs and improving existing UX. They will also collaborate with the team on new developments and contribute to discussions about design and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design for multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and web
- Design work related to customer service
- Work within mobility
- Contribute to continuous discussions about design and user experience in the team
Requirements
- Documented experience of UX design for booking and management of traffic
- Ability to work securely through the entire design process from research to detailed design
- Experience of customer contacts and forming UX based on real user needs
- Good understanding of accessibility and solid knowledge of WCAG and DOS-laws
