As a UI/UX Designer, you will design and refine user interfaces and experiences for digital banking services. This includes collaborating with various stakeholders in an agile environment to ensure consistency and alignment with the organizationās design system.
Responsibilities
- Work with designing and refining user interfaces and user experiences for digital banking services
- Work with user research, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate closely with a UX Lead, product owners, developers, and other designers in an agile environment
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and alignment with the organisationās design system across digital channels
- Design work is carried out iteratively, with continuous feedback, testing, and improvements based on user insights
Requirements
- Senior-level UI/UX design skills with a clear focus on UI
- At least 5 years of experience designing interfaces for web, mobile, and applications
- High proficiency in Figma
- Strong sense of ownership with a problem-solving and hands-on mindset
- Education in humanācomputer interaction and design, or equivalent professional experience
- Fluency in English
