As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape design strategy, mentor teammates, and deliver product excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create thoughtful and scalable design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to execute design solutions across platforms
- Designing user flows, wireframes, accessible high-fidelity UI, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces
- Applying systems thinking to ensure design consistency and scalability
- Facilitating cross-functional workshops, design critiques, and collaborative sessions
Requirements
- Relevant education or training in product design, UX, UI, and/or interaction design
- Professional portfolio highlighting process, design thinking, aesthetic excellence, and problem-solving skills
- Mastery of design tools like Figma, FigJam, Miro, and Notion
- Mastery of user-centered design principles, interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking
