E-Commerce Graphic Designer (With AI Experience)

The E-Commerce Graphic Designer will develop and maintain brand identities, design high-performing assets for e-commerce platforms, and produce marketing creatives. They will also edit images and support ongoing conversion rate optimization improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complete brand identities, including typography, color systems, and visual direction
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and marketing channels
- Design high-performing assets for Shopify stores (banners, PDP sections, landing pages)
- Create conversion-focused UX/UI for landing pages, PDPs, and web flows with a CRO mindset
- Design website layouts and component-based systems in Figma
- Produce a wide range of marketing creatives: paid ads, social content, campaign visuals, and UGC-style variations
- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing and performance optimization
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or E-Commerce Designer
- Proven ability to build and maintain full brand identities with strong typography and visual hierarchy
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion-driven design for e-commerce
- Experience designing website layouts, landing pages, and funnels
- Strong background creating high-performing marketing creatives for paid and organic channels
- Experience producing A/B-tested creative variations
- Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Nanobanana, or similar)
