Senior UX & Visual Designer

TopDog Law is seeking a Full-Stack UX Designer to own user journeys across websites, landing pages, interactive flows, email experiences, and performance campaigns. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive measurable business results through design.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design for high-traffic landing pages, the website, and campaign experiences
• Create user flows and interactions that maximize clarity, trust, and conversion across web and email
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability tests, and screen recordings
• Collaborate on A/B tests and data-driven UX experiments
• Create on-brand graphics, layouts, and supporting visuals for digital ads, email campaigns, social content, and branding initiatives

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in UX design
• Strong skills in UX fundamentals: wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, interaction design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
• Experience designing graphics/visual assets in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Understanding of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven design optimization
• Ability to conduct or synthesize user research and usability findings into actionable design changes
