Junior Product Associate User Experience Designer

The Junior Product Associate - User Experience Designer will play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences for modern SaaS products. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, user research, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into user-centric design solutions
• Research, analyze, and interpret user needs to enhance overall usability and experience
• Conceptualize design ideas using storyboards, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Design visually appealing and highly interactive interfaces across web and supported platforms
• Conduct usability testing on prototypes and iterate designs based on user feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Arts, Commerce, Science, Technology, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably for B2B SaaS products
• Strong foundation in user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
