Senior UI Designer

Phenom is looking for a UI Designer to translate sales requirements and user flows into clean, high-fidelity UI designs that align with Phenom's design system and enterprise-grade standards.

Responsibilities

• Translate sales requirements and user flows into clean, high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate with UI leads and product managers to build reusable UI components and maintain visual consistency across modules
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability are embedded in designs while balancing aesthetic quality
• Work closely with the Sales team to understand requirements and work on customer demo (web and mobile)
• Create visual assets like icons, illustrations, banners, and graphics for marketing, events, demos, and internal communications

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in UI design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design skills, visual hierarchy, layout systems, and clean aesthetics
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design handoff workflows
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop for visual/graphic design tasks
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and platform guidelines
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high-quality work under timelines
