The Sr. UX Designer will lead the end-to-end UX/UI process to deliver creative digital design concepts for CIBC Frontline digital properties. This includes conducting user research, usability testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand coherence and accessibility standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and manage the end-to-end UX/UI process to deliver creative digital design concepts and solutions for CIBC Frontline digital properties
- Participate and contribute to planning usability testing and stakeholder interviews to incorporate feedback into concept and/or application development
- Help define, create and maintain the CIBC Frontline design and standards documentation to enforce CIBC's brand coherence, accessibility standards and cross-site consistency
Requirements
- Education and/or 8+ years of experience in Digital Design, UX Design and/or Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction or equivalent
- Experience coordinating and leading Design Thinking Workshops at large scale with multidisciplinary teams
- Advanced expertise or knowledge in Figma, Sketch, Invision, user-centered design principles, UX research methods, mobile and responsive design, inclusive design and WCAG accessibility standards
