As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with colleagues to understand business objectives and user needs, translating these into user flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes. You will also work with developers to implement designs and continuously review product usage to inform future improvements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with a wide cross-section of colleagues to understand business objectives for digital products
- Working hand-in-hand with Content Designers and UX Researchers to shape user experiences
- Translating ideas and concepts into user flow diagrams, site maps, sketches, wireframes, interactive prototypes, styleguides, and other UX design deliverables
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX design for software, websites and web/mobile applications
- Post-secondary degree in applicable field
Key Skills
- High proficiency with wireframing tools (e.g. Figma)
- Solid grasp of user-centered design methodologies, other standard UX principles and practices
- Understanding of responsive design, designing for accessibility, and standard iOS/Android design patterns
