EverPro - Product Designer

The Product Designer will map and unify interaction patterns across two products, Edge and Service Nation, while ensuring high-quality design. They will also design AI-enabled coaching experiences and collaborate with various teams to enhance user engagement and product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Product Unification + Systems Thinking
• Map, simplify, and merge the interaction patterns across Edge and Service Nation into one cohesive product
• Translate business goals and messy legacy realities into clean, scalable UX models
• Partner with engineering and product to create shared workflows, navigation, information architecture, and design system usage

Requirements

• 5+ years designing and shipping UX and UI for a software product of similar scale and complexity
• A university degree or relevant degree in Design, Technology, or Social Science discipline
• Ability to lead discovery, define requirements, and operate without handholding
• Strong product thinking: you understand tradeoffs, sequencing, dependencies

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of engineering principles, control logic, mobile computer systems, user interfaces, low power electrical design, and mobile hydraulic systems
• Design tasks require collaboration with coworkers, and effective communication and reasoning skills are essential when working on projects that involve multiple team members
• Strong proficiency in Figma and in working with design systems
