The Product Designer will own the user experience from problem definition to final delivery, advocating for users and translating research insights into actionable design decisions. They will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to define problems and prioritize work.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for users by deeply understanding their needs and pushing for experiences that solve real customer problems
- Own the user experience end to end, from problem definition to final delivery and iteration
- Plan and run UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, and prototype validation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS or startup environments
- Strong generalist background across UX, UI, research, and delivery
- Proven experience planning and executing user research and translating findings into product improvements
