Responsibilities
- Design intuitive AI-driven features and new user interfaces to ensure high adoption and satisfaction
- Conduct user interviews, analyze usage data, and extract UX insights to guide product improvements
- Maintain and evolve the design system, iterate on customer onboarding, and define AI-driven experiences through chat-first interfaces
Requirements
- Strong experience in Figma, including prototyping and maintaining design systems
- Proven experience conducting user interviews and contributing to successful SaaS products
- Excellent communicator, proactive, and able to thrive independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
