The UI/UX Designer conducts user research and develops user personas, wireframes, and prototypes to create intuitive user experiences. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project objectives and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, preferences, and pain points
- Develop user personas, user flows, and wireframes to conceptualize and design intuitive user experiences
- Create visually appealing and functional user interface designs, including mockups, prototypes, and design specifications
- Design interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement and delight
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in visual design or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant position
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Zeplin, InVision App, Figma or other user experience and user interface tools
- Good Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Python, react native and JavaScript
