Principal Product Designer

The Principal Product Designer will engage with customers to identify challenges and design AI-powered solutions. They will also create visually compelling interfaces and evolve design systems for scalability.
Responsibilities
- Co-create with customers — Engage deeply with customers to uncover their most pressing challenges and design AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business impact.
- Elevate the craft — design visually compelling, modern interfaces that bring consumer-grade quality to enterprise workflows.
- Prototype and move fast — take ideas from whiteboard sketch to functional prototype in days, not week.
- Inspire product direction — influence strategy and vision through bold storytelling, immersive demos, and provocative design explorations.
- Build design systems — evolve shared patterns, frameworks, and visual systems that scale across multiple customers.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 6+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 8+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR equivalent experience
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
