Content Designer

Content Designer to create data-informed content for digital experiences, partnering with UX designers, researchers, and others.

Responsibilities

• Plan and write UX content for web experiences
• Use data-driven insights to brainstorm and build proposed experience solutions
• Drive the definition of a clear and actionable strategic direction for content
• Coordinate and advise content designers on other teams
• Use data and research to evaluate content’s impact and push for continuous improvement
• Present design solutions and rationale to leadership
• Collaborate with Design on page layout, interactions, and visual tone

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a content design, UX Writer, or content strategist
• Excellent writing and critical thinking skills
• Experience working with content standards, such as style and voice and tone guidelines
• At ease managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience in financial services, payments, crypto currency, B2B or B2C e-commerce is preferred
