As a Senior Product Designer, you will design customer experiences that solve genuine problems while collaborating closely with Product and Technology teams. You will drive the design direction within the UK Tax portfolio and work on both new product offerings and updates to existing features.
Responsibilities
- Designing beautiful, enabling, and meaningful customer experiences that solve genuine problems
- Working closely with Product and Technology on medium to large-scale projects within a product area of a portfolio
- Collaborating with the Tax portfolio to keep evolving the design patterns, flows, language, and overall experience
- Connecting with the global Design organisation, supporting the implementation and evolution of the design system and global initiatives
Requirements
- A track record of innovating and delivering high-quality design experiences
- A history of solving customer problems through design thinking and execution
- Excellent communication skills to present and communicate design work to a range of different audiences
- Experience working on large design projects
- A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality design outcomes, contributing to user experience and business value
