Principal Product Designer

As a Principal Product Designer, you will define and deliver user-first solutions across various platforms. You will collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to translate strategy into high-quality experiences.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy through design: Translate complex problems and abstract ideas into elegant, usable solutions grounded in user needs and business goals
• Design intelligent experiences: Bring clarity and usability to AI-powered products by designing interactions that feel natural, transparent, and trustworthy
• Turn insights into impact: Translate complex problems and abstract ideas into simple, usable, and delightful solutions grounded in user needs and data
• Prototype and test with AI: Explore new possibilities through discovery, rapid prototyping, and user testing—especially around how AI can simplify tasks or personalize experiences
• Collaborate and influence: Partner across disciplines to align design outcomes with user needs, business goals, and AI capabilities
• Champion design quality: Ensure every touchpoint (whether powered by AI or not) is cohesive, accessible, and human-centered

Requirements

• A track record of designing and shipping mobile-first B2C products at scale
• Strategic mindset with a keen sense of how design drives user value and business growth
• Mastery of end-to-end product design: UX research, interaction, visual design, and systems thinking
• A clear, compelling portfolio that demonstrates design process and product impact
• Deep user empathy and a belief in data-informed design decisions
