The UX Designer will be responsible for the entire design process from research to detailed design, ensuring that user needs are met. They will collaborate with teams to improve existing UX and contribute to discussions about design and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Working on various projects, both internal and external
- Collaborating with customers to form UX based on real user needs
- Improving existing UX and developing new designs
- Contributing to continuous discussions on design and user experience in the team
- Communicating ideas clearly and working structured
Requirements
- Documented experience of UX design for booking and handling on-demand traffic
- Ability to work safely through the entire design process from research to detailed design
- Experience of customer contacts and forming UX based on real user needs
- Good understanding of accessibility and in-depth knowledge of WCAG and DOS laws
- Active collaboration on improving existing UX and new development
- Contribution to continuous discussions on design and user experience in the team
- Structured work and clear communication of ideas
- Experience with Jira and tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, XD, Maze, and After Effects
- Design for multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and web
- Design work related to customer service
- Work in the field of mobility
- University education of at least three years in a relevant design field, master's degree is an advantage
