Nature's Sunshine is seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join their digital team. The ideal candidate will have extensive eCommerce design expertise and a proven portfolio of successful projects.
Responsibilities
- Design Strategy & UX Leadership: Develop comprehensive design strategies for our eCommerce platform that prioritize user experience, accessibility, and business goals
- Wireframe Development: Create clear, functional wireframes that effectively communicate information architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns
- High-Fidelity Design: Produce polished, pixel-perfect high-fidelity designs that reflect brand identity and are ready for development handoff
- User Research & Testing: Conduct and collaborate on user research activities, including usability testing, customer interviews, and analytics review
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Apply eCommerce design best practices to optimize product pages, checkout flows, category pages, and landing pages for maximum conversion
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- 8+ years of direct eCommerce design experience
- Demonstrated expertise in all stages of the design process: wireframing, low-fidelity prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce projects
- Deep understanding of eCommerce user behaviors, conversion funnel optimization, and checkout best practices
