Staff Product Designer

A Staff Product Designer is needed to join a fast-growing consumer mobile company, responsible for defining the user experience and shaping the product direction. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product or UI/UX design and a portfolio demonstrating shipped work with clear user and business impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end user experience for a core product area, from discovery through launch and iteration
- Design intuitive, high-craft interfaces that balance aesthetics, usability, and business outcomes
- Translate complex workflows into clear, elegant user journeys that drive engagement and retention
- Lead research, prototyping, and usability testing to validate ideas with real users
- Partner closely with product and engineering to ensure high-quality execution at speed
Requirements
- Strong experience in product or UI/UX design within consumer-facing mobile products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped work with clear user and business impact
- Deep experience across research, interaction design, prototyping, and visual systems
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-ownership startup environments
