As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will create emotionally compelling visuals that enhance user acquisition and transform complex information into engaging formats. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visual assets that drive engagement and understanding.
Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling static and animated graphics across marketing campaigns, product experiences, and medical education
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UA, product, content, medical, social) to conceptualize and execute visual assets that drive engagement and understanding
- Translate complex health and scientific topics into easy-to-digest illustrations and infographics
- Utilize insights from user research, experimentation (e.g., A/B testing), and analytics to refine design outputs for effectiveness
- Mentor junior designers and freelancers, providing guidance on quality, process, and visual storytelling
- Ensure that all creative output aligns with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools (including AI), and innovation relevant to health communication
- Present creative concepts clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining strong design rationale
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with significant experience in digital or app-based contexts
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop; working knowledge of After Effects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visually engaging designs across channels (ads, app, social)
- Understanding of design for impact — from A/B tested assets to inclusive UI/UX visuals
- Experience collaborating with content, product, and growth teams in a high-velocity environment
- Excellent English communication and storytelling skills, both visual and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design tasks in parallel
