Responsibilities
- Lead the design of new features across mobile and web, from ideation to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure design solutions meet business and user needs
- Create user-centered design solutions that are beautiful, intuitive, and efficient
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across products
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and bring new ideas to the team
Requirements
- Experience in product design, with a focus on digital products
- A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and process
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to think creatively and strategically
