Product Designer 3-Digital Banking Kotak 811-Regional Sales
The Product Designer will own the UI design process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. They will collaborate with UX designers and developers to create prototypes, conduct usability testing, and mentor junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Own the UI design process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
- Create prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interaction flows
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate user research and insights into actionable design solutions
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs, providing Support and guidance as needed
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon design solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design, incorporating new ideas and techniques into our design process
- Mentor and coach junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning within the team
Requirements
- 8-10 Years of experience
- Passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
