The Senior Product Designer will focus on understanding first-time users and improving their experience in completing international transfers. This includes owning complex problems across the acquisition funnel and collaborating closely with team members to drive impactful design solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customers deeply and build empathy for first-time users
  • Own complex, ambiguous problems and drive improvements across the acquisition funnel
  • Think creatively and leverage AI to guide first-time users through unfamiliar processes
  • Experiment rapidly, prototype, and validate ideas with real user behavior

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio with well-crafted, impactful work
  • Conversion experience, having worked on onboarding, funnels, or activation challenges
  • AI fluency, using AI in workflows and exploring AI-assisted user experiences
  • Craft and systems thinking, with strong visual and interaction design skills
