Lead the entire UI/UX design process for products, transforming business requirements into high-fidelity prototypes and UI designs while ensuring efficient collaboration with product and development teams. Conduct design reviews to ensure the accuracy of implementations and optimize product design based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Conduct design reviews to ensure accurate implementation
- Lead the internal and cross-departmental communication and cooperation of the UI/UX team
- Optimize product design based on user feedback to improve user experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Design or human-computer interaction or computer science or related major
- Proficient in UI/UX design tools such as Figma
- At least 1 year of team management or virtual team coordination experience
- Able to communicate fluently in English
