ROXFIT is looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to own meaningful areas of the product end-to-end, combining strong UX thinking with high-quality UI execution. The designer will work closely with the CEO, Head of Product, and engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Own end to end design for parts of the app across UX, UI, and interaction
- Rapidly ideate, prototype, and ship without heavy or slow process
- Work directly on core features such as Training experience, Race Analytics, AI driven tooling, athlete onboarding and more
- Help refine design system and maintain high visual and UI standards
- Participate in user testing, gather insights, and translate them into actionable improvements
Requirements
- 3 to 6+ years of product design experience
- A strong portfolio showing high quality product and UI work
- Ability to jump into ambiguous spaces and create clarity fast
- Comfortable working without layers of process - quick iteration is key
- Experience working directly with engineers and product leads
