This is a full-time UI/UX design position, leading the full process of UI/UX design, ensuring high-quality prototypes and UI designs, and collaborating with product and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full process of UI/UX design
- Ensure high-quality prototypes and UI designs
- Collaborate with product and development teams
- Conduct design reviews to ensure accurate implementation
- Lead internal and cross-departmental communication and cooperation
- Optimize product design based on user feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI&UX design experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or related field
- Experience leading at least one complex system UIUX design
- Excellent interaction design ability and willingness to innovate
- Proficiency in UIUX design tools, such as Figma
- At least 1 year of team management or virtual team coordination experience
