Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) is looking for a UX/UI Designer to build delightful, high-impact experiences for students and drive the mission and strategy of the company forward.
Responsibilities
- Build delightful, high-impact experiences that engage, challenge, and inspire students to go deeper
- Champion continuous improvement across the design practice by evolving the design system, elevating the information architecture, and refining the visual language
- Drive the mission and strategy of the company forward by identifying opportunities that align with user needs and business goals
- Own the entire journey from research through launch and beyond, shape what we build, and advocate fiercely to ensure we’re solving real problems in ways that truly work for the families we serve
- Communicate with impact, keep stakeholders informed with clear rationale and early warnings when challenges emerge, and present confidently while remaining open to feedback and iteration
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI, Interaction, or Product Design experience
- Solid online portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and systems thinking with a focus on user-centered design
- Experience designing scalable, complex, large-scale consumer products
- Experience developing innovative design solutions and participating in the design process from end-to-end
- Ability to work independently and manage design work with high-level stakeholders
