Senior UX Writer

OKX is looking for a Content Designer to craft clear, concise, and accurate content for digital products and transform complex product features into intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Craft clear, concise, and user-centered content for digital products, including UI text, microcopy, error messages, tooltips, and onboarding flows
• Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, UX researchers, and developers to understand user needs, product goals, and technical constraints
• Develop content strategies that align with the company’s brand voice and tone, driving consistency across platforms and products
• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and content audits to analyze the effectiveness of content, gather insights, and iterate on content solutions
• Create and maintain content guidelines, style guides, and best practices to ensure a cohesive content experience across multiple teams and projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in English, Journalism, Communications, Translations or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Outstanding ability to write in English at a near-native level
• Proven experience in various forms of writing, such as content strategy, UI copy, microcopies and user education
• Experience in creating style guides, content framework, and working with diverse or global teams
