UX UI Designer ( TAMM Experience )

The UX/UI Designer will design end-to-end solutions for web and mobile platforms, focusing on TAMM government services. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet user needs and comply with relevant standards.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end UX/UI solutions for web and mobile platforms
- Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Ensure designs comply with TAMM design guidelines, usability standards, and accessibility requirements
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Hands-on experience with TAMM platform design
- Strong understanding of government digital services design standards
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
