eXalt Azur is seeking a UI Designer / DesignOps to join their team in Valbonne, collaborating with various client teams to design, maintain, and evolve the Design System.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and evolve the Design System in collaboration with UX Designers, developers, and Product Managers
- Create modular, accessible, pixel-perfect UI components adapted to all platforms
- Document best practices for using components in reference tools
- Ensure visual and functional consistency of the interface across all products and teams
- Accompany product and tech teams in adopting and using the Design System
- Participate in design rituals
- Conduct continuous monitoring of UI trends, Design System evolutions, and market tools
Requirements
- Bac +5, ideally a master's degree in UI/UX Design
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Good product and tech culture
- Contribution to or creation of a Design System in a team or organization
- Creativity, taste for challenge, communication, and good relational skills
