Web & Graphic Designer

Quadcode is seeking a Web Designer to develop and enhance the brand’s main website, create landing pages, and design digital marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the brand’s main website
• Create landing pages
• Build and maintain Web-focused design systems
• Design banners and other digital marketing materials
• Support the preparation of presentations for talks and events
• Create interactive prototypes
• Adapt website layouts for different screen resolutions
• Collaborate with the development team and hand off design assets

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Willingness to complete a test task
• A portfolio is mandatory
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Web Designer
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks independently
• Readiness to apply AI-based tools in the workflow
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition
• English at Intermediate level is a plus
• Russian is a mandatory
• Intermediate knowledge of No-code tools (Webflow, Framer, Readymag, etc.)
