As a Lead UX Designer, you will define experience strategy and drive complex initiatives, ensuring solutions deliver value for both guests and the business. You will create UX patterns, lead end-to-end UX for ad-tech features, and mentor junior designers.

Responsibilities

  • Create UX patterns that clarify why campaigns perform, how ads are delivered, and which signals drive optimizations
  • Translate high-level product vision into detailed workflow models for advertisers, operators, and measurement users
  • Lead end-to-end UX for ad-tech features: campaign planning, forecasting, targeting, bidding, creative approvals, reporting
  • Represent complex mechanics (auction behavior, pacing, spend forecasts) through insights, notifications, and visualizations
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering growth in craft and critical thinking

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience as a product designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful product design and ad tech expertise
  • Expert skills in UX and product design
  • Advanced proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
  • Advanced strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills
