Junior Product Designer (Full Remote - Germany)

The Junior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for features across multiple product areas, translating complex AI capabilities into engaging user experiences. They will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers to deliver high-quality designs and support fast-paced A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for features across multiple product areas from concept to delivery
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive, and engaging user experiences
• Maintain and evolve a unified design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products
• Design for emerging and evolving UX patterns in a fast‑moving AI product landscape, drawing on market trends and competitor insights
• Adapt quickly and manage multiple projects in parallel, delivering at speed without compromising quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience
• Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, responsive design and information architecture
• Proven ability to ship impactful features from 0→1 and iterate based on real-world feedback
• Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to create production-ready UI assets
• Expert-level prototyping skills to clearly communicate ideas, flows, and interactions to developers and stakeholders
