Staff Product Designer

As a Staff Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design strategy and execution for complex products, focusing on AI-driven experiences. You will lead the design of features from concept to launch and mentor other designers.
Responsibilities
- Drive vision and prototyping for frontier, AI-driven experiences
- Translate ambiguous, complex problem spaces into clear, executable design plans
- Conduct deep market and competitive analysis
- Lead the design of complex features and systems from concept to launch
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in Product Design shipping 0-1 products
- A strong, well-organized portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex products and D2C platforms
- Experience with OTT design is highly desirable
