Lead Product Designer, Care Delivery

The Lead Product Designer will take ownership of the end-to-end design process, focusing on clinician-facing systems and workflows. They will collaborate with cross-functional partners to define user-centered solutions and advocate for design excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from research and concept development to execution and iteration
• Drive clarity by distilling complex problems into simple, intuitive, and effective design solutions
• Conduct user research to deeply understand the needs and behaviors of our users
• Develop user-centric designs that balance business goals, technical constraints, and best practices

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clear problem-solving, structured thinking, and high-quality execution
• Experience building care management systems, EHRs, clinical workflow engines, or other expert-user systems
• A strategic mindset, balancing business goals with user needs while advocating for impactful design decisions
