Lead UX design for enterprise web applications and mobile, translating requirements into user flows and high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with high fidelity.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX design for enterprise web applications and mobile (workflows, maps, dashboards, admin tools)
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Create polished UI designs, interaction patterns, and specs that enable efficient implementation
- Build, maintain, and improve a design system (components, patterns, tokens, documentation, governance)
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of UX/Product Design experience (or equivalent), ideally with enterprise/B2B software
- Strong Figma skills (components, libraries, auto-layout, prototyping, collaboration workflows)
- Demonstrated experience creating or evolving a design system
